Cooking converter
Convert grams, ounces, millilitres, cups, spoons, degrees Celsius, Fahrenheit and oven gas marks in one click.
American recipes use cups, ounces and degrees Fahrenheit; European recipes use grams, millilitres and degrees Celsius. This converter works in both directions.
Be careful: a cup does not weigh the same depending on what is in it. A cup of flour is about 125 g, a cup of sugar about 200 g and a cup of butter about 225 g. To go from cups to grams, use the "Ingredient" tab.
